Important Information Concerning Classes in August
Please note that the following classes will not run in August:
Tuesday - Zumba Gold 12.35pm at Hutton Community Centre
Tuesday
Zumba® Gold 12.35-1.20pm
Cost: £5.00 (cash only)
Please note that from July 8th to September 8th, the time will change
to 11.35-12.20pm and the class will be in the small hall instead of the sports hall.
A 5 or 10 class pass is available - 5 classes £25, 10 classes £50.
Payment - cash, cheque or card when purchasing a class pass.
No need to book in advance. Please check the front page for any holiday dates before travelling.

Monday - Pilates 9.15am at South Hornchurch (also not running July 28th)
Monday - Legs, Bums and Tums 6pm at South Hornchurch
Tuesday - Zumba Gold 9.45am at South Hornchurch (also not running July 29th)
Thursday - Zumba Toning 6.40pm, Zumba 7.35pm at South Hornchurch

Pilates 9.15-10.15am
Cost: £7.00 (cash only)
Discount available for over 65s/NHS and Emergency Services - £6 per class
Please bring a mat with you. All other equipment will be provided.

A 5 or 10 class pass is available - 5 classes is £25.00, 10 classes is £50.
Payment is in cash only please, even if purchasing a class pass.
Passes purchased for Monday classes can only be used for Monday classes as this class is run by Havering Council.
Legs, Bums and Tums 6-6.45pm
Cost: £7.00 (cash only)
Discount available for over 65s/NHS and Emergency Services - £6 per class
Please bring a mat (you will need one) and some weights (optional, if you have some).

Cost: £7 per class or do both on the same evening for £11 (cash only)
Discount available for over 65s/NHS and Emergency Services - £6 per class, or do both for £10
10-16 year olds - £6 but must be accompanied by an adult also taking part in the class.
There is no need to book in advance for any of the classes at South Hornchurch. Please check the front page for any holiday dates before travelling.
