and a long list of fitness qualifications and certifications, you're in safe hands
with Carly. You are guaranteed a warm welcome and an effective
workout in a supportive environment.
Carly lives in Basildon, Essex with her husband, Paul. She enjoys going to the gym, reading, films, walking, travelling, sound baths and Reiki. Carly is an advocate for living a healthy lifestyle and taking good care of yourself in order to live a long and fulfilling life. She aims to inspire you to do the same.
